The new channel that came out of the UPN/WB merger, The CW (hating that name), is due to release it's line-up this week. Veronica Mars is coming back, and suprisingly so are 7th Heaven and One Tree Hill. So long to Everwood. Making the cut:

- Veronica Mars has been renewed for a third season. The show got a 22-episode order that, depending on ratings, can be reduced to 13.
- One Tree Hill will be back.
- UPN comedies 'Girlfriends,' 'Everybody Hates Chris' and 'All of Us'.
- WB dramas 'Smallville,' 'Supernatural' and 'Gilmore Girls'.
- veteran '7th Heaven' expected to join the group pending the completion of new deals with the cast.
- Everwood is dead.
- so is that Aquaman pilot - still no respect for the king of the sea, he's been scuttled.
